Some orders need attention before the next routine check. This Shopify setup reviews an agreed group of unfulfilled orders against your rules. Preorders and other exceptions are handled explicitly. Orders that need a person are tagged and included in an internal update, with repeat alerts controlled. Once the order is resolved, it leaves the follow-up path. Your team decides the action; the workflow helps surface the queue.
