What we collect

We may collect submitted website URLs, workflow descriptions, contact details, diagnostic status data, and messages you send through Fortis forms.

How we use it

We use this information to prepare diagnostics, respond to enquiries, improve the service, and operate secure support workflows.

Diagnostic memory and service providers

The conversation uses session memory in your browser tab. We send the context needed to our AI provider to prepare responses, but do not persist the complete transcript. Completed reports and graphs are stored for the report experience. Authentication, storage, hosting, AI responses, and enquiry notifications use service providers. Do not submit credentials or sensitive customer information.

Website usage

We record selected industries, workflow views, video starts/completions and enquiry actions to understand the site. These events exclude form messages, email addresses, chat content, and private report links. Browser Do Not Track disables client usage events. A saved enquiry is still recorded as part of service operations.

Historical audit records

Historical website audit records relate to public URLs submitted by users or manually added by an admin. New website audit requests are no longer a public service. Fortis does not attempt to bypass logins, captchas, paywalls, or private areas.

Data access

Report links use unguessable tokens and admin data is kept behind server-side access controls. Service role credentials are never exposed to the browser.
